What We Do
At Adelle’s Smile Foundation, our mission is to be a beacon of hope and support for families affected by Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) and Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG). Rita Augustin
President
Rita Augustin is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of experience, recognized for providing compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients. Her perspective on healthcare deepened when she experienced the loss of her daughter after a two-year battle with DIPG. During this difficult time, numerous non-profit organizations supported her, helping her navigate through the most challenging period of her life. Inspired by their impact, Rita is now committed to giving back by supporting others facing similar hardships. Happily married and deeply committed to her family, Rita enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. Outside of her professional role, she finds joy in singing, ice skating, nature walks, and hiking, activities that allow her to stay connected with nature and nurture her sense of balance and well-being.
Merlaine Mosley
Vice President
Merlaine Mosley is an experienced estate planning attorney with a passion for helping individuals and families prepare for their future with confidence and peace of mind. A devoted wife and mother of four, she balances her legal career with a love for spending quality time with her children, traveling, and nurturing relationships with family and friends. Her dedication to both her profession and her personal life reflects her commitment to providing thoughtful and compassionate guidance to her clients, ensuring they feel secure in their plans for the future. Camille Bissainthe

Camille Bissainthe, a devoted wife and mother of two, is honored to serve on the board of Adelle’s Foundation. With a deep sense of responsibility and compassion, her mission is to raise awareness about DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) and to preserve the legacy of Adelle by sharing the love of Christ with families affected by this condition. Camille is committed to ensuring that the foundation not only supports research and awareness but also extends hope and faith to those navigating the challenges of DIPG.
Nesta Christie
Treasurer
Nesta Christie is a dedicated accountant with a passion for precision and financial stewardship. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending her free time in reflective and rejuvenating activities such as hiking, taking long walks on the beach, and reading. Her spiritual life plays a central role in her personal journey, as she finds solace and strength in meaningful conversations with God. This balance of career, nature, and spirituality shapes her approach to both work and life.
Pastor Jeff Walper
Director
Pastor Jeff Walper’s life was transformed 26 years ago when Jesus Christ called him to leave behind a life of sin and follow Him as a disciple and missionary. For the past 18 years, Pastor Jeff has served faithfully alongside his wife, sharing the message of Christ’s grace and redemption. Together, they are raising their three daughters, with a focus on discipling them in the ways of the Lord and teaching them to rely on His all-sufficient grace. Pastor Jeff is committed to spreading the gospel and helping others experience the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.
Kenneth Joseph
Director
Kenneth Joseph has been serving as a Gospel Medical Missionary for over 11 years, working closely with his wife and son to bring both physical and spiritual healing to those in need. With a deep passion for service, he balances his missionary work with personal interests such as gardening, spending quality time with family, and traveling to explore new places and cultures. His commitment to holistic well-being and strong family values underpins his approach to both life and ministry.
Dr. Colette Reahl
Executive Director
Dr. Colette Reahl, originally from Jamaica, is a dedicated General Pediatrician and Lifestyle Medicine Physician. In addition to her medical career, she is actively involved in ministry, having completed Evangelism and Medical Evangelism training through the ARISE Discipleship Program and the Lay Institute Global Health Evangelism. Dr. Reahl has served as a Lay Minister and Church Leader with the Alaska Conference’s Arctic Mission Adventure Ministry. She is married, has a stepdaughter and an adopted daughter, and is a licensed Foster Parent in Alaska. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, hiking, outdoor adventures, and traveling.

Steeve is a dedicated firefighter with over 20 years of service, committed to protecting his community. Married and devoted to his family, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and taking long nature walks to unwind. Steeve is excited to be a part of the team, bringing his experience and passion for service to new endeavors.

Roseline Bossous is an experienced pharmacist with over 17 years in the field, dedicated to delivering quality healthcare. In addition to her professional career, she is deeply committed to her family, being a devoted wife and mother to four children. Outside of work, she enjoys enriching activities such as reading, singing, and taking nature walks, all while prioritizing time spent with her family. Her passion for both her profession and personal life reflects a balanced and purposeful approach to life and service.
